INITIAL CONSULTATION
We begin with an in-home consultation to get to know you, your space, and your goals. During this session, we take measurements, discuss your style preferences, and explore how you use the space day to day. This gives us a solid understanding of your needs so we can create a design that’s both beautiful and practical.

TAILORED PROPOSAL & QUOTATION
After the consultation, we’ll send you a bespoke proposal that outlines scope of work and a clear plan for each room. Alongside this, you’ll receive a quotation outlining the breakdown of our design fees. Once the proposal is approved, we’ll send you a digital contract to sign and an invoice for payment.

DESIGN PHASE
Once we’ve received your signed contract and payment, we’ll get started on your design. You’ll hear from us to schedule your Design Presentation, which will take place in around three weeks. During this time, we’ll be curating a complete design concept for your space, including layout plans, furnishings, finishes, paint colours, materials, and accessories — all chosen to suit your style and needs. We also ensure that every item is sourced within the agreed budget, maintaining the perfect balance of style and practicality.

04.
design presentation
Around week three, we’ll meet again for your Design Presentation. This is when you’ll see your full design come to life. We’ll present mood boards, layouts, and sample trays of materials, finishes and fabrics. We’ll walk through each decision, explain the details, and ensure everything aligns with your vision. After the presentation, we invite your feedback. One round of revisions is included in your package, and these must be submitted via email following the consultation. Once we receive your feedback, revisions will be completed within one week.

procurement & order management
Once the design is approved, we’ll send you an itemised breakdown of every approved product, alongside a single invoice covering the total cost of all items. Once this is paid, we’ll take care of everything — placing all orders, managing communications with suppliers, tracking deliveries, checking for quality, and storing all items securely until install day. Throughout this phase, you’ll receive regular updates from us so you’re always in the loop.

Install styling day
When all the pieces have arrived, we’ll schedule your Install Day. On the day, our team will deliver everything to your home, unpack, assemble, style, hang artwork, and add all the finishing touches so your space is complete. You’ll return to a beautifully finished room that feels elevated, cohesive, and ready to enjoy.

A small-scale redesign may take a few weeks to complete, while a larger renovation or new construction project could span several months. We work diligently to establish realistic timelines and milestones, keeping you informed every step of the way to ensure a smooth and efficient design experience.

There is a fee of £250 for our initial consultation, which lasts for two hours in your home. This fee ensures dedicated time with our experienced designers, who will deeply assess your space, discuss your aspirations, and provide tailored guidance. It's an investment in receiving personalized, high-quality advice and innovative design solutions that will elevate your project

Our design fees are structured as a flat fee per room, ensuring transparency and clarity from the outset. In addition to the per-room fee, we offer an installation and styling service, which is charged at a day rate to ensure your space is perfectly finished. If your project requires contractor sourcing and management, we provide a custom quote based on the specific needs and requirements of your project.
After our initial consultation, where we discuss your vision and establish the project scope, we will send you a detailed proposal with a full breakdown of costs. This way, you’ll have a clear understanding of the investment required to bring your dream space to life.
